Return Policy

We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed NON-sale clothing with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with tags attached may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit ONLY, no refunds. 

Please note choosing the shipping/local pickup option does change the return process so please read carefully:

BEFORE YOU RETURN | Due to hygiene reasons all accessories including makeup, hats, beanies, headbands, jewelry, home decor,  intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, seamless wear, slippers, socks, and shoes are final sale only. (We like to think of it as true love.) With this is mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! 

*Sale items, last chance, mystery bags, and flash sale items are NOT eligible for return.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS -SHIPPED

If you receive a damaged/incorrect item please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition in order to be replaced. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors, washing incorrectly and/or cutting garments will not be replaced. 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS -LOCAL PICKUP

For items purchased in store/local pickup we ask that you inspect your items prior to leaving the facility. Claims for damaged/incorrect items will NOT be allowed for return.

CREATING A RETURN 

First, verify your item is not on the list (above) of items that are not returnable. Second, if it has been over 7 days the item(s) are not returnable. If you're still good then you can initiate your return by emailing us at TheModernAnchor@gmail.com We will issue you a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the package. If this number is not written on the outside of the package it will be refused and returned to sender. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Items approved for return must be mailed back (postmarked) within 3 days of approval. Excluding holidays. For items that were picked up locally we ask that you return the item within the 7 day time frame also excluding holidays.

RETURNS = STORE CREDIT

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received. You will be issued store credit in the form of a virtual gift card for the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus a 15% restocking fee and any discount codes used. Store credit is good for 60 days.

By purchasing from this site you agree to our policies, including our return policy and that we offer store credit only for returned items. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, feel free to email us PRIOR to ordering.
