Return Policy

 

Final Sale/Clearance and Flash Sale items are not valid for returns or exchanges. 

Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY.  

*We will happily accept returns on new/unworn clothing with the original tags attached.  Brand new = unworn, unwashed, non-sale clothing with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with ALL  tags attached.  Buyer must contact us by email at support@themodernanchor.com within 48 hours from stated delivery time. Email must include order number to receive an authorization return number.

DO NOT SHIP ORDERS BACK WITHOUT THIS NUMBER. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THIS PROCESS.

A few more details:

  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, headwear, and socks are ALWAYS a final sale item due to hygiene restrictions.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We highly suggest using a trackable shipping label when sending back your items as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive store credit within 1-2 business days.
